Acceptance of Terms

By using the Trihp App, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or another entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Service Overview

Trihp provides a platform that connects riders with drivers of vehicles for hire. Our services are intended to facilitate ride bookings and improve the overall ride experience for our users.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

• Riders Must be at least 18 years old to have a Trihp account and use the service.
• Riders are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid causing damage to the vehicle. Fees may apply for cleaning or damage.
• Riders must follow community guidelines, which include respecting the driver, other passengers, and adhering to safety protocols like wearing seatbelts.
• Riders need to ensure they have a valid payment method linked to their account and are responsible for covering trip costs, including any additional fees for cleaning or damage

Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Use of The App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers.

Ride Booking

When you book a ride through the App, you enter into a contract with the driver. Trihp is not a party to this contract and does not control the actions or behavior of the drivers. By booking a ride, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Pay the fare as calculated by the App.

• Provide a safe and suitable location for pickup and drop-off.

Payment Terms

• All fares are calculated based on distance, time, and other factors.
• Payments are processed through our designated payment gateway.
• You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account. Trihp reserves the right to modify pricing and payment terms at any time.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a ride through the App at no charge within a specified time window.
• After this period, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Drivers may also cancel a ride if they reasonably believe the ride poses a safety risk or if the pickup location is unsafe.

Drivers Conduct

Drivers using the App must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Trihp policies. Drivers are expected to provide a safe, courteous, and professional service. Trihp may suspend or terminate drivers who violate these standards.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Limitations and Liabilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trihp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App or any interactions with drivers. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the ride.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trihp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone. You agree to waive any rights to a jury trial or class action.

Changes to Terms

Trihp may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
