Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Trihp Driver App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other policies that we may update from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Trihp Driver App.

Eligibility

To use the Trihp Driver App, you must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Be at least 21 years old.

• Hold a valid driver’s license.

• Own or have access to a vehicle that meets Trihp’s requirements.

• Pass a background check.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

The Service

Trihp provides a platform that connects drivers with passengers seeking transportation. As a driver, you agree to provide transportation services to passengers in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Driver Account

To use the Trihp Driver App, you must create an account and provide certain personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Background Checks

By registering to use the Trihp Driver App, you consent to undergo background checks as required by Trihp. Background checks may include, but are not limited to, criminal record checks and driving history checks. Trihp reserves the right to disqualify any driver based on the results of the background checks.

Vehicle Requirements

Your vehicle must meet Trihp’s requirements, which include but are not limited to:

• Compliance with local laws and regulations.

• Vehicle age and condition standards.

• Valid vehicle registration and insurance.

Earnings and Payments

Trihp will calculate your earnings based on the rides you complete. Earnings will be disbursed to you according to Trihp’s payment schedule. You agree to provide accurate bank account or payment method information to receive payments.

Fees and Charges

Trihp reserves the right to charge service fees for the use of the Trihp Driver App. Any applicable fees will be communicated to you, and you agree to pay any such fees.

Conduct and Responsibilities

As a driver, you agree to:

• Refrain from discriminatory or offensive behavior.

• Provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services.

• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of your vehicle.

• Treat passengers with respect and courtesy.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Trihp Driver App, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

Trihp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You may also terminate your account at any time by notifying us.

Limitation of Liability

Trihp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Trihp Driver App. Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Trihp Driver App shall not exceed the amount of earnings you have received from Trihp in the past six months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trihp, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Trihp Driver App or your violation of these Terms..

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Trihp Driver App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone, and not in a court of law.

Modifications to Terms

Trihp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the Trihp Driver App. Your continued use of the Trihp Driver App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
