Trihp reserves the right to terminate or suspend driver accounts at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms and Conditions.

Dispute Resolution Process

Our Dispute Resolution Process is designed to address and resolve any issues that may arise between Riders, Drivers, and Fleet-Owners on our platform. By using Trihp's services, you agree to adhere to the following Dispute Resolution Process outlined in our General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to communicate with each other to resolve the issue amicably. This initial step is essential for fostering understanding and reaching a mutually agreeable solution.
